The 2021 national vocational skill contest held jointly by the Equipment Development Division of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security --- “Workmanship Cup” Equipment Repair Vocational Skill Contest ended recently. Wang Ye, a welder of the Dock Assembly First Division from DSIC (a subsidiary of CSIC) got the fifth place in the welder contest and will be awarded the title of “National Technical Expert” in accordance with rules.
DSIC has been strengthening the building of talents and provided a path of career development for junior worker, middle-level worker, senior worker, skilled worker, senior technician, vice chief technician, and chief technician of DSIC. DSIC also recommended workers to attend the city, provincial and national contests and provided training to prepare them for the contests. Thus, DSIC has improved the skill of workers and helped them to grow rapidly. |
