On April 1, No.7 7100TEU container ship "INTERASIA ACCELERATE" built for the Greek shipowner Danaos Shipping Co., Ltd. was jointly named and delivered by DSIC Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Limited (SHGSIC) and China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd.(CSTC) 90 days ahead of the contract period.
Mr. He Xu, deputy general manager of DSIC, Mr. Vastarouchas Dimitrios, chief operating officer of Danaos Shipping and other relevant directors attended the signing ceremony.
During the shipbuilding, the project team adopted innovative methods to optimize the installation process of the middle water ruler. Unlike the traditional practice of installing the water ruler after the whole vessel is formed, the installation of the middle water ruler was completed before the floating of the bow half of the vessel, which greatly improves the construction efficiency and reduces the construction of the next process, and has been unanimously approved by the shipowner and the ship inspector. During the sea trial, the project team planned in advance to save the test time and improve the efficiency of sea trial according to the optimal sea trial route. All the external inspection items of the sea trial were passed at one time, which were better than the technical specifications and specification requirements.
On the same day, the No.2 65,000dwt bulk carrier built by SHGSIC for CITIC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. completed the triumphant sea trial.
Before the sea trial, the project team of Production and Operation Department, together with various departments, studied the process and made special plans for the integrity of the pipe system pressure, string washing, cable laying and wiring, etc., so as to gradually improve the integrity of the ship in the dock and underwater. Part of the debugging process was moved forward to provide strong guarantee for shortening the underwater cycle, and the final sea trial was completed 4 days ahead of the annual schedule. During the sea trial, the project team combined with the experience of the first ship to make a test plan in hourly units, and the participants carried out the test projects uninterruptedly in strict accordance with the sea trial outline and specification requirements, and the ship's speed, fuel consumption, maneuverability and other main performance indexes were better than the design requirements and specification standards.
SHGSIC plans to complete 13 production nodes in April, accounting for 16% of the annual 80 nodes. SHGSIC will seize the golden season of shipbuilding in the second quarter, actively practicing the concept of "triple win", improving quality and efficiency to promote production, and make every effort to fight a tough battle in the second quarter.

Establish an early warning mechanism to optimize the preparation of production technology, and closely grasp the path of key equipment and materials; Continue to sort out the opinions and suggestions for construction in recent years to provide a strong guarantee for comprehensively promoting "fine construction". Through the creation of the "full staff, full system, full cycle, full life, full elements" management model, comprehensively strengthen technology leadership, strong support for service production. Continue to implement optimization and improvement projects around ship type planning, vigorously implement process optimization and improvement, and better promote the realization of technological achievements to drive production efficiency and shorten the construction cycle.
