On March 29, DSIC held a meeting on the management review of the integration management system of IT application with industrialization and the promotion and implementation of digital transformation, to summarize the achievements of the integration, practice new development concept, construct new development pattern, and plan digital development blueprint. Yang Zhizhong, the top manager of integration system, secretary of the Party committee and chairman of DSIC, Zheng Wei, the management representative, chief engineer and deputy general manager, as well as the responsible persons and relevant personnel of all affiliated units attended the meeting.
Yang Zhizhong pointed out that with a new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial change, multi-point breakthroughs are in the ascendant, and digital "new infrastructure" such as big data, cloud computing, 5g network, and industrial Internet are breaking out. Digital transformation has become the core feature of the integrated development of manufacturing industry, which is also an inevitable choice for global competition. As a central military enterprise, DSIC shoulders the dual historical mission of promoting national defense construction and economic and social development. We should take advantage of the "new infrastructure" to actively practice the new development concept, actively build a new development pattern, speed up the realization of independent and controllable core key technologies, and constantly improve the ability of lean production, digital construction, modern management and intelligent decision-making of DSIC. We should fully implement the national strategy of double cycle new development pattern, and effectively respond to major changes and domestic and foreign risks and challenges.
In promoting the integration of industrialization and industrialization, Yang Zhizhong stressed that first, we should recognize the situation and enhance the sense of crisis and urgency.
