LNG carriers are high-tech, difficult and high value-added products, and the market investment in LNG newbuildings and infrastructures continues, with bright growth prospects for the LNG industry. This ship is independently developed by DSIC, with total cargo hold capacity of 175,000m3, adopting GTT Patent Company's Mark III Flex cargo maintenance system, and setting up four cargo holds, with the liquid cargo system only used for the transportation of LNG cargo, and equipped with a re-liquefaction system at the same time. The ship is equipped with two WinGD LNG dual-fuel low-speed main engines, integrated with the iCER system, which can meet the most stringent IMO emission standards in both fuel oil and gas modes while reducing oil and gas consumption. Featuring the latest optimized twin transom profiles, high efficiency propellers and high efficiency twisted rudders with rudder balls to further improve hydrodynamic performance and enhance the safety redundancy of the propulsion system. The ship can dock at most of the worldwide large LNG shore stations, providing excellent portability and ship-to-shore compatibility. Equipped with 4 sets of dual-fuel generators, the optimized design can meet the power load requirements of the whole ship under different working conditions.
In the future, DSIC, COSCO Shipping Energy and Kantons Holdings will adhere to the principle of "sincere cooperation, complementary advantages, equal priority and mutual benefit and win-win", actively implement the national strategy of "national transportation for national goods, national shipbuilding for national ships", deepen the cooperation in the field of LNG shipbuilding and transportation with a view to long-term and stable partnership, give full play to the advantages of each side, and realize mutually beneficial cooperation and common development.
