DSIC Attends CSIC’s Video Meeting for 1st Quarter Economic Operation Analysis

CSIC on Apr. 20 held the meeting for 1st Q economic operation analysis, analyzing the status of economic operation, finding problems and analyzing causes so as to arrange and deploy the next steps, where DSIC Chairman and Party Secretary Liu Zheng and his leading team members in Dalian as well as heads of relevant departments attended the meeting by a means of video at the parallel session.

In this first quarter, focusing on economic benefits and quality development, and emphasizing innovation, development and restructuring, DSIC has energetically promoted the transformation from speed efficiency to quality benefit, investment drive to innovation promotion, labor intensive to lean efficiency, for which they have achieved 6.59 billion Yuan total industrial output value, completed 26.1% annual plan with a year-to-year growth of 4.7%, delivered 4 vessels of 634000DWT in total, and contracted an orderbook of 5 vessels to lay a solid foundation for a tough fight of quality improvement and efficiency increase, and ensuring to achieve the goal of “double over the half”.
