On August 23, No.1 155,000dwt shuttle tanker built by DSIC for Shanghai Northsea Shipping Corporation was launched successfully. The ship is the first Suezmax shuttle tanker ordered by domestic shipowner, achieving double breakthrough in domestic shipping and shipbuilding industry.
The total length of the ship is controlled within 279 meters, the moulded width is 48 meters, and the moulded depth is 23.7 meters. The ship has high portability, meets the latest international norms, rules and conventions as well as the relevant regulations of EU and US, and is applicable to wide range of navigation waters. The ship is designed with low resistance and G type main engine matched with high efficiency propulsion system and high efficiency rudder with large diameter CPP propeller to achieve low energy consumption and good maneuverability. With stable position control function and higher oil extraction security, its application is gradually becoming a direction in the field of oil and gas transportation at home and abroad.
As the first ship of the series, the ship is adopted with many new equipment and designed in short cycle. With the cooperation of all departments, many production highlights have been realized. The first installation period of the full rotary thrusters was short, and the site expansion test of the two full rotary thrusters was completed in 11 days. The first installation cycle of adjustable blades was short, and the installation quality has been unanimously recognized by the service provider and shipowner. The first split bulk period of the side thruster was short, and it took 5 days to complete all the installation work of the side thruster and the cylinder. The completion rate of tightness inspection of engine room piping system was high. The cable was pulled and released 280,000 meters on the whole ship, ensuring the integrity of the wiring of the electrical panel in the central control room, ensuring the smooth completion of the task of power transmission to t shore by the panel, and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent trial and ship delivery nodes. |
